I have one used, but in good functional condition, lift for sale. It's ready to go to work for you.
If you are not familiar with these units, they are really neat. The machine is also known as a "mast lift", "vertical mast lift", "aerial work platform", or "personnel lift".
They are quite compact (designed to fit through a standard commercial doorway and into an elevator), but drive under their own power. They are electrically driven and controlled by a box that you can remove from the platform. There is also a raise/lower switch on the base. This one lifts the platform up to 20 feet (actually, 19 ft 9 in; makes for a working height of 25 ft 9 in). It has a capacity of 350 lbs and weighs 2451 lbs. They are very maneuverable; this one has a zero inside turning radius and can be driven around at full height.
Common applications include construction, general maintenance, warehousing, stock-picking, transporting, and inventory management. They are designed to run on a concrete slab. Perfect for completion of construction of a pole barn or similar.
Cosmetically, the unit has some blemishes and paint drips/overspray, but it works well and does what it should. It has very little use on it - only 234 hours. New, the GR-20 runs for $18000. Here's an opportunity to get one with little use for much less.
I am selling because I purchased a pair and only need one. This unit needed some minor work and had a leak, which is why I think that it has so few hours. Work done:
1. Hydraulic reservoir changed (new; the old one had a leak and made a mess)
2. Hydraulic fluid changed (Chevron Rando HDZ 32)
3. All four batteries changed (2018 Interstate Deep Cycle Extreme)
4. Wheels/tires changed (fairly new set, Blackstone-OTR)
5. Raise/lower switch changed (new)
In the photo, the lift is not shown at maximum height; I don't actually have enough room in this building to get it up to 20 ft.
