The former wife of a Hueysville man has come under investigation by the Kentucky State Police. She allegedly asked her former husband 's cousin to lie under oath regarding a property dispute.She venomously asked the cousin to help her bring down her husband. She also asked a former co-worker of her ex's to lie under oath as well. She has been harassing potential witnessses.She has even threatened her disabled ex-mother inlaw.

The wealthy Hale family of Hueysville have resorted to fiendish tricks to win their divorce.THey hold the property of deceased coal truck driver William C Rife as ransom.THe only way his son will see the proprty is to settle with their adulterous daughter.Now their new tactic is to attack his disabled widowed mother. Mrs Rife had quadriple heart by pass surgery in 1998.She suffered a stroke on the rght side. THe Hales are apparently responsible for a number of crank phone calls to her residence.When the Rifes got the personal belongings order to get their patriarch's property most of it had vanished.Mrs Hale verbally abused Mrs Rife. THe adulterous daughter continues to issue death threats against the son and mother.

The former wife of a juvenile corrections counselor has been investigated for mail tampering. She withheld two job offers for him .She withheld his credit card statements and bank statements.On June 23rd she withheld a package sent accidentally to her address at 378 Salyers Branch Hueysville,Kentucky.She gave it to her attorney Jennifer Burke rather than return it to the post office.The US postal inspector service was contacted to resolve the criminal behavior of the ex-wife.Hopefully she will have more criminal charges to go with the seven contempt of court charges.
