The other room-mate is busy with 2-3 jobs; personal trainer/yoga instructor/PE teacher. We both have busy schedules, will often stay up late. I usually dedicate a lot of my time to homework, midterms or finals, but we are all respectful to each others late schedules and routine. It would be fun to have a roommate who is social and/or has own busy/schedule too. Not looking for a roommate hermit, but no all night crazy parties either. (In other words we go out to party but dont bring it home.) Normal visits from friends and family is cool; just no drama here.
