we have 2 rooms in our new 4 bedroom house that we want to rent out either seperately or together the rent is 350 a month which includes all utilities and highspeed interent and use of all common areas and washer and dryer, the deposit will be a non refundable 100 for clean up and care after you leave. sry but 350 per room is as low as we can go we are a small family of 4 with our 2 kids so sry no partiers , pets are acceptable upon approval of breed and how many. email me with your name and age and what you are wanting to try and do thx.
