I have 3 dogs, all house broken. Only one stays inside, and he's around 10 pounds or less. The other two are female (spayed) and strickly outside dogs (one is 40 pounds and other is 60 pounds). All three are very sweet and love children.
I need a house within Boyd County (due to husband's work "rules", he must live in the county to work for the county). House with yard is prefered. Would like rent to be 400 or less, any utilities paid would be a great bonus.
We are a young very responsible couple. This would be our first rental property, but we have many people who could give you references about us. We'd prefer a month to month basis on rent rather than a year long lease.
